Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 12, 2026  |  Effective Date: June 15, 2026

1. Definitions

In this agreement, "Service" refers to the online courses and related materials provided by Neuralcraft. "User" or "learner" refers to any individual accessing our website or enrolled in a course. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Neuralcraft. "Content" refers to lessons, notebooks, and materials made available through our courses. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. Our courses are intended for individuals aged 18 or older who have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in Thailand or their country of residence.

3. Service Description

Neuralcraft provides self-paced and mentored online courses in AI development, including the AI Foundations Short Course, the Applied Machine Learning Track, and the AI Engineering Portfolio Studio. Course availability and mentor scheduling may vary by season and are described at the point of enrolment.

4. User Accounts

Where course access requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. User Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, notebooks, and lesson content remain the property of Neuralcraft. Enrolled learners receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal learning. Projects you build yourself during a course remain your own work.

7. Payment Terms

Course prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) on our Solutions page. Payment is required prior to enrolment access unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, generally within fourteen days of enrolment if course materials have not been substantially accessed.

8. Course-Specific Terms

Enrolment grants access to the course materials and, where applicable, mentor sessions described for that course. Completion of a course does not guarantee any particular employment or career outcome. Portfolio projects and completion records reflect the learner's own work supported by mentor guidance.

9. Disclaimers

Our courses are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment results, or project results, as these depend substantially on individual effort and circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Neuralcraft's liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Neuralcraft against claims arising from your misuse of course materials or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate access to a course in cases of material breach of these Terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties. If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.

14. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Neuralcraft regarding course access. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page, and continued use of our courses after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
